I graduated from Fleming College with an advanced diploma in Human Resources - Business Administration in 2017. I have been working steadily since graduating, working with my current company since 2019 doing everything from payroll, government remittances, recruitment & selection, employee on-boarding, accounts payable/receivable, account reconciliation and more. I am a mother to a beautiful little girl and spend my days off outside in our garden or going on hikes with our dog.

Governs payroll and all associated processes, oversees employee benefit program, processes government remittances, record-of-employment’s and T4's. Tracks and schedules employee training, manages employee disciplinary situations through coaching. Manages scheduling of employees and customers, oversees daily operations of business, maintains constant communication with employees and sole manager of QuickBooks. Processes invoices, customer transactions, management of accounts receivable and payable, reconciles monthly accounts. Established and implemented customer history record system directly in QuickBooks, standardized expense report and cost analysis processes.

Standardized the bursary tracking system, researched potential donors and created donor profiles, reorganized and digitized the entire catalog of donors. Entered donor and alumni information into CRM, identified and removed duplicate profiles.
