My background includes Property and Facility Management, Lease Management, Retail services, Marketing, OHSE, and General operations. In previous employments over the years, I performed functions such as space reorganization, leasing, contract management, equipment installations and maintenance, project management, direct HSE, and other programs to promote occupant comfort and safety. From managing day-to-day operations and security responsibilities to organizing emergency operations, I excel at assessing user needs, implementing process improvements, and developing effective communication and organizational procedures.

In addition to my wealth of experience, I possess solid managerial competence and exemplary leadership. My ability to manage senior stakeholders, peers, and other staff in lower cadres is exceptional. Moreover, my leadership philosophy promotes team collaboration, motivating staff to exceed goals. I am also a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate preparing for the final certification exams.
