Debugging the UNIX script failures which run in production servers, and if not in the scope, escalating to the next Level
UNIX skills including shell scripting and similar system programming
Gathering Customer requirements on a periodical basis
Troubleshooting and successful closure of Severity tickets adhering to
Service Level Agreements (SLA s) as agreed with the client
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good problem-solving
attitude
Improving and refining the existing process and generating reports detailing the performance metrics
Sending Daily/Weekly/Monthly incident Review reports to the customer
Documenting existing/new processes and Ctrl-M jobs
Periodically monitoring File system Utilization of the Unix Servers which
are used by different applications and performing disk clean up activity
when the threshold limit exceeds performing break fix activities incase of any breakdown is process
Controlling Data distribution environment which is file flow area among vendors
Documenting the root cause analysis and trend analysis in breakdown periods
Carryout out work order request for the Client Users
