I collaborate with key stakeholders, supervisors, and end-users to identify business needs and improvements and communicate them effectively to the development and testing teams. I also follow a structured approach to managing project scope, risk, budget, and timeline, using tools such as MS Project, and Rational Requisite Pro. I am passionate about finding innovative and efficient solutions that meet the expectations and objectives of the clients and the organization.
