My name is Suha Salam  I have a Bachelor degree of   Business Adm. with addition to Montessori and TESOL diploma and have a wide experience in teaching young kids to adults. As a highly compassionate and approachable teaching professional, with my hands-on teaching experience, I am confident in my ability to become a valuable member of your teaching staff.

Mirroring your requirements, I create and implement learning plans, and teach alphabet, numeracy, personal, social, and emotional skills. I use a variety of Montessori activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, games, art, concrete, and abstract indoor or outdoor activities, etc.) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities and increase their birds- eye -view on a wide perspective adding to it so much interactive games that increases their ability to grasp the material and expand on what they have learned.

The enclosed resume will highlight my career achievements and showcase my dedication to education. Being a versatile educator, I have had the opportunity to instruct a wide variety of students from various backgrounds and all facets of society. As a result, I am a compassionate teacher, who remains sensitive to children's unique needs, special needs, differentiates instruction, provides individual and whole group support, integrates multicultural teaching units, and offers positive encouragement and reinforcement to keep students focused and motivated.

One of the most effective ways that I assist my students is by developing and presenting comprehensible and stimulating lesson plans that facilitate all learning styles and cumulate all four skills of competencies. I research, locate, and incorporate a variety of resources to accommodate students via visual, audio, tactile, and kinesthetic methods. In addition, I integrate phonics activities, grammar, vocabulary, listening, reading, speaking, writing and technology to ensure that each child can comprehend and retain the concepts and language. My goal is to foster and maintain an open, honest, communicative, and supportive classroom, in which each student feels safe, secure, special, and appropriately challenged to the next level in his education journey.
