With respect to my studies, I am an Engineer with an MBA specialised in IT and Marketing. I recently graduated from Algoma University, ON with Post Grad certificate in Project Mgmt and have 8+ yrs experience in various industries predominantly IT software product and project management. I started off my career as a marketing executive working in a chemical industry where i learnt Customer conversion, lead generation, market analysis, field visits, business strategy. From there I worked in a financial services firm financing two wheeler loans where I Handled a team of 50 people and a sales volume of 65 crores INR per annum. As part of my job I handled relationship management, plan/ implementation, promotional activities- ad promo budget/ dealer manager contest/ trade advance proposals to dealers to enhance their business/ mutual growth in business. Finally, the last company I worked for Divum is into product management helping brands buid their products right from scratch. I worked here as the product manager I worked with customers and internal stakeholders to define the long-term roadmap, and then execute against it. Lead a team of designers and engineers through iterative cycles of build and ship, and test and learn. Managed the entire product development cycle and work cross-functionally to ensure deployments are successful for our customers. Closely collaborated & support Customer Success, Sales & Marketing throughout the product lifecycle. Worked with researchers and designers to understand our customers’ jobs to be done, and validate and de-risk concepts before a line of code is written.
 

My 9+ years work experience with Walmart, Divum, Letstrack and Bajaj Auto Finance allowed me to develop skills that are used to work as a team player, manage teams and achieve the end results and my work experience in Project management, User Research and Analysis, Product Launch, Client presentations, Team management, Product Management, Channel Management, Customer Grievance handling, B2B & B2C Channel management, Team Management, Quality Check, Cross-Selling, Upselling, Business Strategy and Collections. These skills are transferable, as my experience working with vast methods, and different environments gave me the opportunity to learn a lot . My experience working with differences in IT and Marketing have helped me learn a lot about technology, managing and working along with individuals.
