 I am an Educationist and would like to apply for a job as a Lecturer, Education Advisor, or Education Consultant etc. As someone with a strong background in education, I am qualified to offer guidance to educators, students, and scholars, at all stages of their growth and learning. My passion for education and attitude of learning makes me confident in my abilities to perform and do justice to the role.

During my tenure as Head – Ganges Education Research and Development Centre, at Ganges Valley School, (Hyderabad, India), I worked with teachers and students (K-12). My responsibilities included teacher training (educational philosophies, content and pedagogies), observations and support; curriculum development and creation; observing and guiding students (academic and behavioural issues); writing in-house textbooks (preschool to grade 3, English, Math, and EVS); to name a few. The job profile also expected me to create academic and tracker based templates, being part of  important decisions for growth and development of school at policy level etc.

I have always paid close attention to the needs of teachers and students – academic and emotional. Joyful and meaningful learning is my personal motto. I am open to constructive feedback as that helps me to grow professionally and as a person.

I am well aware of the careful planning, multitasking and dedication it takes to be an Education  Consultant, advisor or a lecturer in the field of education.

My own educational background includes a four-year degree in Elementary Education, M.A. and M. Phil in Linguistics. Early in my career, I had taught the same programme (B. El. Ed.)  with courses such as Child Development (psychology), Language Across the Curriculum (Education and Pedagogies), Linguistics, Gender and Schooling, and guided teacher interns for K-8 school teaching/learning.

I am willing to learn and take up challenges to ensure the success of the students, team, and the institute.

Earlier in my career, i had mentored curriculum designers, taught as a lecturer to students of B. El. Ed. (Bachelors of Elementary Education, University of Delhi).I have mainly taught Linguistics and courses on Language Education and Pedagogy, though not limited to these.
