A highly passionate individual transitioning into a career of an Employment Consultant. As an immigrant myself I understand an individual’s situation, can relate how chaotic and lost one can feel whilst in their journey of job search. Coupled with Job search skills certifications from WorkBC and with around 7 years of experience as an “Office Administrative Assistant” in an immigration firm in Canada and as a Nutrition Consultant in Bahrain combined I have come across people with different communities, languages, nationalities, backgrounds and temperaments. Always eager to learn new skills, technologies, and languages.

• During almost 1-year tenure at an immigration office in Canada, I inculcated exceptional skills in studies and career path counselling. Adept at active listening, individual assessment, analysing their skills, generating action plans, providing personalized guidance as well as psychological support, educating clients on LMIA processes their NOC Codes/ TEER and respective job description or duties, drafting impactful SOPs and resumes and thus resulting in a 95% success rate in college admissions and job placements, while also efficiently managing administrative tasks and client inquiries. This experience has given me opportunity to study the Canadian job market trends in detail and how to tailor client’s qualifications and skills that could positively impact the client as well as the Canadian Labor Market. 

• As a nutrition Consultant in Ministry of Interior, Bahrain for 6 years, I came across people with different rank officials, nationalities, communities, languages, and backgrounds. Assessed client needs and provided structured outline to achieve their goals. Became Master in organizing and delivering educational seminars and consultations, managing teams, maintaining confidential records, and innovating service enhancements, facilitating workshops for diverse audiences, collecting, and analysing feedback for continuous improvement of organization, and designing specialized solutions. I am aware how different organisations at government level are interconnected and how data are transferred.
