Suraj Nair

I have 3 years work experience in the IT industry , focusing on the Back-End primarily using Java.

I have also worked part time at cafes and marketplaces.

I have gained an all-round experience of the working culture and

the industrial standards. In Coditas, I have worked on three different projects. From

these three projects I have gained ample knowledge and understanding of Spring

Boot using Java and SQL for handling the database. In the most recent project I had to design the database schema from scratch and also had to work on the basic architecture of the project.

I have also worked on React JS as I was briefly a part of the front-end team as I

was being trained to be a full stack developer.

My main role was in the back-end where I as a software developer need to write

various APIs (Multiple APIs build a project) but along with that I need to write the

test cases for those APIs and also test the APIs once they are deployed on the

development branch of GitHub.

Also I have gained extensive knowledge on Microservice architecture and handled multiple scenarios making use of Rate Limiting, Load Balancing, Service Discovery, API Gateway, Spring Security, Prometheus, Grafana and worked on CICD pipelines and a few other DevOps based work.

So I can say this with assurance that at Coditas I have had an exponential

increase in my overall knowledge base and work ethics, although most importantly

I learnt the importance of teamwork and how good teamwork is the base for every

high performing team.
