I am a highly dedicated and certified First Aid and CPR Instructor with a sincere passion for translating theoretical knowledge into vital, life-saving skills. My professional journey is rooted in two primary domains: firstly, a robust background in training, and secondly, practical emergency response experience with the Canadian Red Cross.

I am currently an Emergency Response Volunteer with the Canadian Red Cross, where I respond to real incidents and conduct first aid training for community groups and sports clubs. These roles keep my skills up to date and provide me with practical emergency experience. I also hold all required certifications, including the Canadian Red Cross First Aid and CPR Instructor Course.

Emergency Response Volunteer: Canadian Red Cross, Canada: September 2023–
present.
Collaborated as part of a team to address the Peel region household emergency,
providing support to 18 households.  Responded as an emergency response team member during the New Foundline wildfire in 2025, providing emergency shelter, clothing, personal services, and registration for 38 evacuees.Participated in team-building exercises once a quarter.
First Aid Trainer: Brotherhood Sport Club, Brampton: June 2025 – present.
Provided a non-certified First Aid course to 30 players and members of the Brotherhood
Sport Club in Brampton, improving their first aid skills. During the kids' soccer training program and the 4th Brotherhood Super Cup 2025, 25 players received first aid services.
First Aid Trainer: Surakshya Samaj, Kathmandu, Nepal: April 2022 – May 2023
Provided standard first aid and CPR training to clients, ensuring adherence to
protocols. Sixty participants from a commercial house improved their first aid skills.
Developed and revised training materials customized for various audiences such as
workplace teams, community groups, and healthcare professionals. Performed practical and theoretical assessments to gauge participants' comprehension and skill levels. Achieved a 95% participant satisfaction rate through the development of engaging,
practical learning experiences. Provided ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring they stay current with certifications and knowledge.

2022
Led and coordinated First Aid & CPR training programs during earthquake responses,
ensuring that affected communities had widespread access to vital life-saving skills.
Initiated school first aid programs to teach students and staff about emergency
preparedness and essential first aid skills.Led road safety campaigns, working with local authorities and NGOs to decrease traffic injuries through awareness efforts and first aid training.  Recruited, trained, and organized a volunteer network for first aid services, enhancing
community response during emergencies.  Created program materials such as training manuals and promotional resources to promote consistency and accessibility.Monitored and assessed program outcomes, preparing detailed reports to inform planning and secure funding. Provided First Aid & CPR training to staff in corporate organizations, industry workers,
and Red Cross volunteers.
