Swastika Sharma

Hi, my name is Swastika Sharma Gaihre. I'm a registered Early Childhood Educator with a diploma in Early Childhood Education and about two years of experience in the childcare field.

During my studies, I worked part-time as an assistant, which really supported both my learning and my placement experiences. After graduating and registering with the College of ECE, I began working as an educator and have loved every moment since.

I'm passionate about creating positive, calm, and inclusive environments for children, families, and colleagues. I truly believe that children absorb the energy we bring—how we speak, how we act, and how we connect. That's why I lead with kindness, patience, and respect.

Child safety and meaningful learning are always my top priorities. I cherish every small success and love growing alongside the children while celebrating each unique culture and background in our classroom.
