Started my career in corporate sector as a process associate and moved towards training and development. In India worked as corporate trainer in leading firms like Accenture and Concentrix. Moved to Canada to pursue MBA. Have passion for profession. An Astute learner and proficient trainer. 

Randstad- Analyst- (2014-2015): Worked on a client project which provided customer care support.

Accenture- Process Associate ( 2016-2017) : Worked on client project which involved identification of spam networks in business listings in google my business platform. 

(2017-2020) : Accenture: Role: Instructor Associate:  Trained around 25 plus batches (150 plus employees). Had an opportunity to train different organizations on multiple cross vendor projects using virtual platform. Acknowledging, analyzing and preventing loopholes in review techniques 

Concentrix: Trainer II (2021-2022): Training new hires on client projects, mentoring pilot training team. Perform root cause analysis for client escalations and create SOPs. Updating training materials according to client standards

MBA - Asper Business School - University of Manitoba: (CGPA: 3.4 1st term) Currently, a first-year student at asper business school have completed the courses on marketing, supply chain.
