About Sweyn-Eric Bloch:
Currently working in building maintenance/sanitation. Wanting to get back into the kitchen to finish my cook's apprenticeship and get my red seal.
Experience
I've worked for about 4 years as maintenance under the Regina Public School Board, obtaining my fireman's certificate. Currently have a part-time job at the City of Regina in the rinks/pools department, running Zamboni/Engo, maintaining various pools, baseball diamonds and hockey arena in the city.
regarding cooking, I have experience on both ‘the line’ from working at Boston Pizza's and Montana's. I've also worked under my old chef instructor at West Park Crossing retirement home in Moose Jaw, where my skills were put to a more thorough use. Baking and cooking in all facets of cooking as well as helping with prep, and dietary restrictions.
