My name is Ali Raza, I have over six years of procurement experience and hold an MBA in Supply Chain Management.

I find myself related to this role as my previous role were successfully led related to procurement activities, I managed a $10-$15 million annual budget, and coordinated direct and indirect purchasing across projects. I worked closely with vendors and handled the entire RFQ process, from gathering requirements including technical specifications, engineering drawing, quantities, quality compliance, delivery schedules and evaluation criteria  in collaboration with project team and preparing documents and to distributing RFQs to potential suppliers. I also conducted market research to source new suppliers, securing favorable terms and conditions. This led to the successful on-time delivery of projects.

I managed vendor evaluations, onboarding, relationships and their issues in terms of pricing and payments, ensuring quality and delivery compliance with IATF standards and coordinated VA/VE activities. I negotiated contract terms and collaborated with cross-functional teams to meet compliance, cost, and deadline requirements.

My skills in project management, negotiation, and software tools like SAP, MS Excel, and PowerPoint have been crucial in my roles. I used SAP for purchase requisitions, orders, and inventory management (such as pumps, loading arms, dispensing pumps, cables, metallic pipes, cutting & grinding discs and brushes, Plcs, switches, sensors and related spare parts), and regularly reported to the head of purchasing. My analytical skills and teamwork have been key to my success.
