I have more than 20 years of experience in disability studies, with a specialization in occupational therapy. I received my Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of British Columbia.I have had considerable experience in teaching and mentoring students.

I have more than 20 years of experience in disability studies, with a specialization in occupational therapy. I have extensive experience in project coordination, implementation, and research in North America and the Middle East. I have had considerable experience in teaching and mentoring students. Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Occupational Therapy in the School of Rehabilitation Sciences at Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS).
Education
I have a BS in Occupational Therapy from Iran University of Medical Sciences. I received my Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia. For postdoctoral training, I have received the Disability Policy Fellowship funded by the Cognitive Science and Technology Council of Iran (CSTC), which was awarded for two years. Subsequently, I joined the team of the Advisory Rehabilitation Council of the Ministry of Health and Education in Iran.
