Provide customers with expert advice on all home appliance products as well as supporting products, warranty plans, and financing plans, with the focus being on closing the sale.  I have overachieved my Weekly, Monthly, and annual sales targets as well as being the number one employee achieving an over 45% yearly Lowes Protection Plan attachment.  I also work with installs department, cover in Paint, Millworks, Plumbing, and Flooring.  I have gone above and beyond to show my leadership abilities in Training new and existing employee’s, running the department (day to day Reports, daily walks, assign duties, inventory control, motivate employees and keeping the department stocked and clean).  I continue to achieve high LTR scores with multiple tens a week as well as push my team to strive to the same success.
