In Spring 2021, I completed my NAIT Project Management Certification and knew this would benefit me moving forward on every new marketing project or communication campaign. Within this course, marketing and communication were a large portion of how to succeed in business. This certification has given me the knowledge to manage more engaging marketing campaigns externally and effective internal communication.

My extensive, diverse Marketing and Communication background and experience have allowed me to work in various industries.
•15 years in tourism,

•3 years in financial fundraising and community investment throughout Alberta, managing province-wide projects and working with internal and external stakeholders.

•1.5 years in the media industry and having full accountability for the promotional teams for four radio stations, marketing programs, budgets, and implementation.

•Most recently, I spent 4 years working in B2B construction building supplies, where I was accountable for all marketing campaigns, strategic planning, and communications for seven branches across the US and Canada.
 

All my past opportunities have given me the "Outside of the Box" attitude and flexibility regarding market change and growth. While continuously striving for how the next company I work for can stand out and make an impact.
