 Delivered innovative ideas to improve the performance of device, supported different departments for implementation of new ideas for improving efficiency and achieving optimal results and reduced process variability. 

 Led experimental studies and identified critical parameters for development of process, design, manufacturing, and continuous improvement of diagnostic systems, worked with external vendors to relay evolving requirements to optimize operations and performance. 

 Performed the duties of data analysis to validate and optimize clinical data acquired from Kaligia’s non-invasive and minimal invasive diagnostic devices to aid process development. 

 Developed and maintained standard operating procedures (SOPs), standardized manufacturing specifications, user requirements specifications (URS), system protocol and control plans for data acquisition procedure, validation, testing, calibration in accordance with quality management standards, GMP standards and company’s policies. 

 Participated in activities to measure, predict and validate quantification of blood analytes using Raman spectrometry. 

 Characterized prototypes and developed test specifications to finalize the product working before deploying. Provided technical assistance to operators at clinical research trials sites, manufacturing, software development and quality operations.

 Coordinated with cross-disciplinary team to optimize device operations by integration of new emerging requirements like automation features for data acquisition, supported validation of machine learning process for statistical process control (SPC). 

 Performed quality assurance duties to ensure that Wasatch Photonics, Orlando, Florida (an independent vendor of spectrometer devices) fulfill the requirements of Kaligia Biosciences and GMP requirements by actively coordinating with Wasatch’s team
