Tanya Stene-Connell

I am an LPN,  and have been one for 20yrs now. I specialized in the field of Renal Dialysis and spent 8yrs there. I took a couple years off as we have custody of our grandsons,  and then I worked for a private home care company. Now I am looking for something part time. 

I started out on a surgical floor for 2.5yrs. Then moved to medical for 6yrs. I then accepted a posting in our hospital dialysis unit, I took the specified training in Saskatoon at St.Pauls hospital.  I then spent 8yrs there. I then took a job in Saskatoon working for a private home care company for a year and a half. I am now just looking for something part time.

I started taking the degree RN but withdrew almost 2yrs in,  for medical reasons. 

Applied to Gabriel Dumont Institute in Prince Albert for the LPN program that was a subsidiary of Siast (Sask Polytech).I graduated 2005 with my License Practical Nurse Certificate.

I then took the mandatory education necessary for the Renal Dialysis program. It was run out of Saskatoon St.Pauls Renal Program. I passed the necessary exams, and work in Prince Albert Victoria Hospital's Renal Dialysis Unit for 8yrs. 

I have completed the mandatory education required by my licensing body for the last 20yrs.
