Experience

A sample of my career highlights to date include

  • Ensured compliance for optimized staff performance while maximizing uptime and maintaining high level security through planning and execution of staff training tracking of KPI's at the departmental and organizational levels.
  • Oversaw the facilitation of cash ordering for ATM/ITM machines, coordinated the retrieval of deposited items when necessary. 
  • Developed and ongoing staffing plan that includes cross-training and succession planning that is aligned to departmental strategy. Monitored the ATM network and maintained reporting procedures on activity logs, implemented new products or services, researched, and resolved problems relevant to ATMs.
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of 1st and 2nd line maintenance, ATM replenishment, reconciliation, and cash dependencies processes and functions.
  • Played pivotal role in directing ATM funding, cassette packing, and count back operations, as well as ATM reconciliation and cash management efforts.
  • Vendor Management. Familiar with Expium Jira ticketing software platform. 
  • Comfortable with digital work tools, such as Slack and Zoom. Coordinates ATM installation meetings for internal departments and SLA external vendors to improve communication.
  • Recommended and prepared budget including staffing, income/expense, and capital expenditures for department programs and projects.
  • Participated in projects, training, and seminars relevant to ATM hardware, software, and regulations.
  • System upgrades while ensuring adherence to change and risk management controls, monitored, evaluated, and determined required action based on vendor bulletins and compliance programs.
  • Self-motivated and deadline driven, with critical attention to detail, and the capacity of staying motivated and focused while working independently in a hybrid office/remote environment.
