Co-op Program Assistant

• Analyzed job leads and created postings on the school’s internal Co-op Portal (Orbis), inputted job offer information applying attention to detail to facilitate opportunities for co-op students.
• Communicated to students about job offers, general inquiries/concerns using professional communication ensuring timely service and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Assisted with the logistics of special projects (events, Symposiums, workshops) - using organization and time management skills to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of projects.
• Sending out reports for employment updates and student job application activity - used technical skills such as Excel to ensure timely updates to the co-op team as well as extensively used Adobe Creative Suites.
• Used Salesforce as a chatbot assistant to help students with questions and issues they faced in real time - professional communication skills used to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
