  • Conducted weekly (CAB) Change Advisory Board meetings and emergency change deployment support, arranged and lead Post Implementation Reviews for lesson learned on successful and failed changes for future prevention and non-occurrence

  • Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties
  • Support the development of end-user analysis documentation and training to maintain consistency of standards and adherence to enterprise requirements methodology within the team, also guide and build Knowledge Management for ServiceNow products and process 
  • Design Cutover & Release processes and improvements based on the ITIL framework, to align with the company’s maturity level, soliciting input from other Process Owners, Process Managers, and business and IT partners and lead the process and technology implementations.
  • Collaborate with IT Operations, Service Delivery, Enterprise Architecture and IT Business Unit leaders to develop processes in alignment with the business strategy and desired outcomes
