About Taya Ismail:

Currently enrolled at Concordia University in the Communications Department. I have developed skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro as well as Audacity audio software. I am currently looking for a summer internship that may count towards my program. I have a background in retail and volunteering. I enjoy visual art, theatre, and dogs. 

Experience

I have experience working with people and advertising through my work with Repercussion Theatre for their Shakespeare in the Park shows from 2015-2019. Having worked retail, I am able to converse with people and evaluate their needs and communicate in order to provide them with what they are looking for. 

Education

I am currently studying for my Bachelor's degree at Concordia University in the Communication Studies department. Within my program I am able to do a combination of creative endeavours and traditional studies. I have made short films, created pieces of art, and elaborate soundscapes. I have also written on subjects regarding communication, censorship, and expression at great length.
