· Support project implementation, as well as business cases, cost reduction initiatives, and productivity improvements.

· Perform analysis and provide information and recommendations to facilitate problem-solving and decision-making in line with business needs.

· Develop knowledge on current and new inventory deployment systems and provide user training and support as needed.

· Coordinate activities related to data conversion strategy, testing and end-user training.

· Lead activities related to the definition and development of test scenarios and scripts.

· Prepares and facilitates meetings.

· Data analysis and prepare reports with Excel, Power Query, SQL.

· Develop and participate in logistic and material flow projects in collaboration with the various functions of the company (Logistic, Supply, Methods, Warehouse, OTR, Procurement, and Technical field)

· Translate internal business information tools needs into functional and technical requirements, ensure completeness of system requirements in alignment with Bell strategy, securing high quality standard;

· Apply SAP-MM and data analysis to establish and maintain the optimal inventory level of 760 skus.

· Communicate directly with vendors and 3 party logistics’ partners to ensure 100% compliance with technical customer requirements for each account and ensure timely shipments.

· Provide reporting and guidance to sales team as part of the weekly coordination of goods received and Requested Delivery Dates / Estimated Time of Arrival.

· Maintain the internal system orders, customer data, inventory, and lead time tables, which includes customer purchase orders and system data related to customer routing requirements

· Act with leadership in Bell to push forward progress.

· Interpret a variety of technical and non-technical instructions and to deal with several concrete and abstract variables at the same time.
