I have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Bsc Nursing)and 4 years of proven clinical experience, one year experience as nurse educator more over three years of EHR coding experience. Also I have palliative care nursing certificate and experience from India.  I am effectively and efficiently manage  both patient and staff. I am an extremely organized, calm, and patient professional with excellent health care skills. I have a passion for providing quality care to patients, and the necessary leadership skills to inspire other staff members to provide above standard level of service.

Position: Palliative Care Nurse

Provides Care to all patients with terminal diseases, Manages pain and symptoms related to end of life issue and incorporates interdisciplinary team members. Provide emotional support and assessment of the needs of families caring for the dying patient. Manages all the needs of the hospice patients as the on call coordinator.
