As a Customer Success Manager and Software Tester, I have gained experience in deploying and testing SaaS-based solutions. Managing a portfolio of 10 concurrent customer deployment projects has honed my skills in API testing, user stories, and use cases development. I have also authored training curricula and delivered client-facing webinars to ensure seamless adoption of the company's solutions.

Bachelor's Degree in Automation and Computer-Integrated Technologies from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.
