My name is Luyan Zhang, I was a graduate from University of Toronto This year, I completed a bootcamp program Full-Stack Web Development, Computer Science in my school with 3.7 GPA grade. I have developed deep understanding of building websites in different languages and tools, combined with my strong passion, and I look forward to the opportunity to join your team

Experience

I was mainly engaged in the esports field and video game industry over the past 4 years, my most recent full-time job was working in Keywords Studio as their player support agent, it was providing player support, moderation, and technical service for different video game companies such as Warner Bros. Games and Discord Inc. My job duties not only include answering client questions and tickets, but also helping their technical team to test, locate and fix bugs. These responsibilities allowed me to learn how to work with developing team and get along with different group members from other studios around the world.
