I am a highly motivated individual looking to rejoin the workforce after two years on maternity leave and am seeking a position that offers opportunities for new professional and personal challenges. As a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude who is driven to learn, improve and succeed, I believe that I possess the necessary skills and experience that you are seeking. I am also fluent in both English and French, oral and written. My previous work experience has allowed me to gain a specific skillset in leadership, direction and management in operational activities and problem solving. My work experience allowed me to excel in operational efficiency and quality control while leaving room for continuous improvement for myself and my team to meet and even surpass set goals. I am proficient in the use of Microsoft software. I am very organized, have worked in various directorial and managerial positions and am able to work independently or with a team.

I have worked in various customer service roles for the past 20 years. I was a Client Service Representative with RBC, a Restaurant Manager and a Director of Client Relations.
Education
I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors in History from Laurentian University in Sudbury.
