As Principal and General Manager of HomeServ Property Services, I managed all aspects of business operations—sales, marketing, client care, accounting, and HR—while building a strong reputation in the High River community. At Hopewell Residential, I supported new home sales as a Sales Centre Host, providing frontline service and local insight into the Montrose development. In previous roles with OPI Systems and Taylor Made Homes, I spearheaded operational efficiency projects, developed B2B tools, and led cross-functional teams. My consulting work also involved revenue optimization and partnership development in the tech sector.
