I have worked with Unified Payment Services Limited (formerly Visa Card Company) for 1-2 years as a Customer Service Representative and I have a proven track record of running and presentation of daily, weekly and monthly reports of WEB, ATM and POS transactions for banks and their affiliates, online real-time monitoring of transactions for all channels i.e. ATM, POS and Web, answering calls from merchants and banks to resolve issues arising from any of the channels, informing customers and banks of new payment platforms, alerting banks via phone/email when their CBA is down and transactions are not being approved, assisting banks to resolve internal issues when using any of our software applications like DMS, FIMI and ITC, capturing and recording customers’ details on the Customer Relationship Management Tool (CRM).
I am competent at handling grievances and accurately documenting the specifics of my interventions. I am computer literate and proficient with MS Office programs and similar software. I have strong decision-making and good communication skills, in addition to being detail-oriented and always ready to learn new things. I am team oriented with the ability to work closely with others within the department to maintain the integrity and efficiency of the company.
