Currently serving as an Administrative Co-pay Coordinator at Innomar Strategies since January 2018, where I develop and implement procedures that support strategic objectives and improve productivity. My role involves conducting quality control verifications, reconciling payments, and effectively addressing stakeholder concerns while understanding their varied needs. I also facilitate onboarding for new team members and cross-function with other programs to enhance collaboration and training.

Prior to this, I held the position of Senior Administration Officer at B2B Bank from July 2014 to December 2017, where I processed mutual fund transactions, maintained detailed financial reports, and executed banking transactions. My responsibilities included ensuring quality control for all financial activities, managing client files, and addressing inquiries from clients and financial advisors to resolve issues efficiently.

My career began at Hudson’s Bay Company as a Customer Sales Specialist, where I developed strong customer service skills and a keen understanding of client needs.
