I have previous experience working in the construction industry and have always wanted to branch out to real estate. My last position was working directly with a property management company as the service department manager for the general contracting company I was employed with. I have experience in preforming all the administrative tasks for a business. I have great listening skills and communication skills and I have a positive team-focused attitude. I am professional and courteous and have great customer service skills. I am a self-starter and have a high degree of initiative. 


 

Through my years of employment I have been able to prioritize my workload and make sound decisions. I have an ability to learn new software quickly and I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. I will bring with me all the skills I have learned over the years while working in various work environments that will benefit me for the administrative assistant position.
