Hello my name is Ty. 

Work Experience:

• The Souris Glenwood Golf Course Clubhouse (Restaurant) (May 2019 - Oct 2019)
  • Duties include: 
    • Taking customer orders and bussing tables, working the till, janitorial work, putting stock away. 
    • Prep work, working buffet tables, interacting with customers.
• Souris Chicken Chef (Restaurant) (March 2020 - present)
  • Duties include: 
    • Turning fryers grill, oven and exhaust fan on, topping them up with oil. 
    • Cooking and memorizing many different orders, dishes and recipe. 
    • Work with other cooks, servers and staff. 
    • Most of the time as a front line cook - but will help out where needed.
• Summer Student-Marketing For Souris Chamber of Commerce (June 2022 - End of Aug 2022)
  • Handling Chambers social media - Facebook and Instagram. 
  • Duties include: 
    • Creating reels and posts for businesses in Souris and Glenwood. 
    • Creating posts on what is happening in Souris over the summer. 
    • Created a brochure from scratch about the walking history tour of Souris that I was doing every Wednesday evening for 1 hour over Summer months. 
    • Decorated my car with balloons and banners for chambers. 
    • Volunteered at the fly in pancake breakfast on behalf of chambers. 
• Family-owned business- Lagasse's Studio of Fine Art - June 2015 - June 2022
  • Duties include: 
    • Vacuuming carpets, putting art supplies away, organising and displaying art, taking out garbage/ recycling, working with customers and selling items.
