As a coordinator, my commitment lies in supporting the team to perform at their best. My work approach is compassion-led and person-first. I am confident in building trust across teams, fostering a happy and safe work environment. Recently, I worked as a coordinator at Wildbrain Ltd., which is a children’s entertainment company specializing in television shows. In this role, I oversaw the scripting process, from scheduling writing room sessions to facilitating communication between creative executives, brands (such as Mattel and Spin Master), and networks (Netflix and Apple). My attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving were essential. Additionally, I collaborated on creating promotional materials, working closely with the marketing team to provide copy. My comfort with social media, coupled with my ability to quickly learn other digital platforms, ensures I’ll seamlessly adapt to your team.

In addition to coordinating, I have written on children's shows like the award nominated 'Strawberry Shortcake' and ‘Jonny Jetboy.’ Before jumping into kid's content, I wrote for youtube's 'The Talko' (now TheThings Celebrity) where my videos garnered over 3 million views. I love storytelling, and when I'm not creating stories of my own, I'm consuming them. The only thing I may like more than stories is animals. I hope that in some parallel universe, I'm working in conservation or have a hobby farm. 

Freelance Writer (Sept ’20 – ongoing) 

Writes and pitches shows for television, selected credits include the award nominated Strawberry Shortcake and Jonny JetBoy. Experienced in short-form, long-form formats, including non-linear story construction. 

• Collaborates with writing teams and creative executives to develop compelling story ideas for television, including award-nominated shows.
• Developing unannounced preschool animated series addressing themes of aging and dementia, showcasing the ability to handle sensitive topics with care.
• Engages in extensive research and fact-checking to ensure content accuracy and credibility.

Production/Script Coordinator WildBrain Ltd, Good Witch Productions (Sept ’20 – Oct ‘23) Coordinated animation and live-action projects, overseeing scripting pipeline while acting as liaison between networks (iQIYI, Netflix, Apple) brands (Spin Master, Mattel) and creative team. 

• Managed writers and workflow, providing direction, ensuring deadlines were met, sought after by showrunners and creative producers to coordinate on projects
• Proofed and formatted scripts and materials, tracking episodes for budgeting and continuity. 
• Collaborated with marketing and development team, providing copy materials and conducting market research for current projects. 
• Received consistent commendation; saved time, costs and controlled the scope of projects with finesse, leading to increased productivity and reduced burnout. 

Script Writer Valnet (Jan ‘19 – Jun ‘19)

Researched, pitched and wrote video articles for the youtube channel, TheThings Celebrity.

• Brainstormed video titles and incorporated SEO keywords in descriptions and articles to maximize audience reach.
• Created Korean Pop segments which garnered a whole new fanbase to the channel, videos averaging 500, 000 views per video. 
• Became an expert on KPop to deliver authentic stories about Korean celebrities whom netizans devote so much of their love to. 

Brand Ambassador Lego, Natrel, Volkswagen, Lindt, VEGA, Moosehead (Sept ’15 –  Jan ’18) 

Represented brands, raising brand awareness and promoting their products/services.  

• Delivered thorough and accurate key messaging at events and tradeshows with clarity and enthusiasm.

• Drove consumers to retail during every interaction, boosting sales; was often approached by other brands to represent them.
