Farooq is a CPM Scheduler with having10 years of experience in developing and maintaining schedules associated with planning, permitting, design, procurement construction, and final closeout activities. Create baseline schedules, summary schedules, detailed design schedules, contract schedules, look-ahead schedules, and integrated project schedules. Perform detailed schedule and earned value analysis and assess the impact of design/construction changes and scheduling alterations. Coordinate with project team members to perform routine updates. Generate and maintain risk matrix and risk management plans. Evaluate schedules on behalf of owners for contractual conformity and progress

Experience

Experience in Cost and Resource loaded CPM Schedules developing from Bidding/Proposal / Contract documents, Estimates, Drawings and Engineering Specs with an understanding of EPC Planning principles, maintaining the schedule for tracking time and cost with Analysis skills – EVMS, Time Impact Analysis, Claim Digger, S-Curve and histogram, schedule diagrams (Pert,Gantt & Time-Scale), Change management, Risk, Recovery Schedule, “What-If” Scenarios
