• Conducting necessary ad hoc analysis with exceptional attention to detail and testing with due diligence to mitigate risk during testing or trading of systems like ADP Broadridge, CDS, DTCC, ARROW, Calypso, and SMS for management.
• Reads, analyzes and interpreting research/fail reports & Organizing investor database (monitoring and updating details based on changes etc.) and participating in dynamic meetings regarding tracking fixing trade breaks or errors. 
• Independently tracking, accounting, and managing changes in trade statuses, collaborating with internal & external stakeholders to ensure confirmations/product control & resolve issues and further build valuable relationships.
• Strategically building initiatives and relationships through effective communication with middle office, front office traders/sales, and exceptional customer service with clients in managing the assigned portfolio.
