Uzair Ahmad

I earned Ph.D. Computer Eng. in 2008. With 15+years of post-doctoral R&D experience in Telecom, software industry and fintech as Machine Learning practitioner, technology inventor, project manager, author and educator, I am well versed in data science methodology throughout the phases of domain comprehension, data acquisition,
preparation, predictive modelling, tuning, evaluation and deployment. Hands on experience of developing and delivering end-to-end machine
learning based intelligent solutions using modern deep-learning as well as classical methods.
I hold five patents and have published over 30 peer-reviewed, scholarly contributions in the field of computer vision, NLP, statistical modeling
and forecasting on industry scale problems in energy optimization, tracking and detection, social media, enterprise software quality and actuarial
domains.
