  • Providing support to accounting, underwriter, and funding team 
  • Reviewing and collecting documents from brokers, lawyers and clients
  • Emailing customers monthly statements, renewals
  • Preparing loan payout statements
  • Submitting deposits, monthly payments into the system
  • Allocating wire transfers of mortgage payouts/discharges
  • Answering incoming emails and calls

  • Register LIEN in Teranet/AVS after reviewing client’s full package of documents
  • Prepare discharges of LIEN for lawyers, financial institutions for daily financial transactions

  • Upload all PDF documents in ImageNow system and enter the information into Sharepoint
