➢ Verify the defects of the automobile parts, following the instructions of how a defective piece of the car would look. 

➢ Place in the system how many car parts I and other Quality Inspector check daily. ➢ Communicate to the bosses if there is any defective part.

➢ Control how many car seat pieces have been taken to the Sewing Department by me and put the information in the system.

➢ Apply the Customer profile or call the customer to find out if the customer would be making the prepaid or collect payment type, thus confirming the payments at the origin and destination. 

➢ Make the Weekly Forecast Report for TEUS and Tons to get the Estimated amount with all countries. 

➢ I coordinate refrigerated cargo with the port of Manzanillo, verifying if containers are released freely or assigned. Verification of temperature control and ventilation given by the client. 

➢ Cancellation of Bookings Requests, Roll Over or change of ship for the next departure and add or remove containers requested by the client. 

➢ Ensure I receive the client’s container certificates (Isotanks, 40 HC) 

➢ Shipping Instruction Verification. 

➢ Verify that the Sales Rates are correct for the Client, and if the rate is expired, I should contact the Sales Department so they can bring or create a new rate for the customer. Key Accomplishments:
