I am a proficient academician with diverse work experience and a proven track record in the field of higher education in management in addition to having an active/globally recognized research profile. I have expertise in delivering sessions in the face-to-face and online modes for undergraduate and postgraduate students. I have handled academic leadership and organizing roles as a part of previous work assignments, apart from contributing to executive education courses. I have cross-geographical exposure across India and Oman in handling the delivery of subjects in general management and human resources management. I have conducted several training programs for students and corporates in India, on various topics. Additionally, I have recorded management-related subjects for renowned ed-tech companies including Great Learning and Upgrad.
