As a seasoned CNC machinist with a robust background in interpreting engineering drawings and executing precision machining operations, I bring a wealth of experience to the manufacturing floor. My expertise extends to:

Analyzing blueprints, charts, and tables to meticulously plan and execute machining operations.
Computing dimensions and tolerances, ensuring every workpiece meets the exact specifications.

Skilled in setting up, operating, and maintaining a diverse array of machine tools, including advanced CNC machinery.

Proficient with the Ermaksan G-force laser machine, specializing in sheet metal parts.
Adept at assembling machined metal parts and ensuring their integrity with hand and power tools.

Verifying product dimensions for accuracy with precision measuring instruments, guaranteeing adherence to strict quality standards. 

Hands-on experience with CNC Mill machines, Surface Grinders, and Milling machines equipped with HASS CONTROLLERS.

Capable of producing high-quality parts through meticulous CNC machine setup and operation.
Comfortable with programming software such as Autodesk Inventor, Auto Cad, SolidWorks, and MasterCAM, enhancing my ability to deliver precise results.
