With over 8 years of experience in building engineering and real estate sales, Vincent aims to apply his knowledge and expertise to better serve the real estate industry with a company that focuses on delivering ultimate value through commitment to people, communities and sustainability. 

Vincent has extensive experience in the design of mechanical systems having spent more than 5 years as a mechanical designer and graduated with a Diploma in the BCIT Mechanical Systems program. Vincent’s education and experience provides a comprehensive background in sustainable design, building science, mechanical systems, and building energy performance. As an energy modeler and analyst for reLoad Sustainable Ltd., Vincent approaches every project with a sustainable outlook and design to help clients achieve substantial energy reductions and cost-savings. Vincent is passionate towards projects that explore energy conservation measures to not only understand energy impact but also cost impact and efficiency to determine simple payback, discounted payback, net present value and internal rate of return. As an accredited professional with ASTTBC, Vincent is an Applied Science Technologist (AScT) that is frequently engaged in design and development of building systems and demonstrates a broad depth of knowledge and effective communication skills. Vincent is very well versed in the new BC Energy Step Code, ASHRAE Standards, NECB and LEED codes.
