I have acquired a diverse range of professional experiences across various roles throughout my career. My work history spans positions in sales, customer service, procurement, event organization, and food service, demonstrating my versatility and adaptability in different fields.

In my role as a Sales Representative/Fundraiser at Globalfaces Direct from June 2023 to August 2023, I consistently exceeded sales targets, showcasing my exceptional selling skills and my ability to close deals effectively. I also excelled in building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering loyalty.

During my tenure as a Procurement Assistant at K&R Building Maintenance Ltd from June 2022 to April 2023, I managed vendor payments and procurement planning. I played a crucial role in tracking and managing product data flow and payments, contributing to the company's efficiency. Additionally, I assisted in preparing loading schedules and effectively addressed inventory discrepancies.

My experience as a Banquet Server/Barista at Pearson Convention Center from June 2020 to April 2023 highlighted my ability to create a pleasant dining atmosphere while providing excellent customer service at events. My responsibilities included preparing tables, running food from the kitchen, and managing bar services.

As an Event Organizer Committee Member at BSE Malayalam TV from December 2019 to September 2022, I was actively involved in planning, marketing, and logistics management for various events. My role encompassed budget management, vendor research, and ensuring successful event execution. I also took on administrative tasks, maintaining office procedures and overseeing repairs and maintenance.

I gained valuable experience as a Food Service Worker at Tim Hortons from January 2019 to October 2021. My role involved efficiently operating cash registers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. I worked effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

In my role as an Event Organizer Committee Member at Blue Sapphire Entertainment from December 2020 to September 2021, I managed social media strategies, processed orders, and maintained a positive attitude when interacting with clients.

During my co-op experience at the Toronto District School Board from June 2020 to September 2020, I served as an Assistant Elementary Teacher. My responsibilities included taking attendance, following lesson plans, assisting students with schoolwork, and monitoring during break times.

I also gained experience as a Marker/Early Learner Assistant at Kumon Canada, Inc. from January 2019 to December 2019. In this role, I graded assignments, assisted young students in elementary school-level math, and communicated feedback effectively.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Waterloo with a major in Psychology and a minor in Child Development. My expected graduation date is in June 2027. This educational background is highly relevant to my career goals, providing me with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and child development, which can be applied to various professional settings, particularly in roles involving sales, customer service, and event organization where interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of human psychology are valuable assets.
