I have 2 years of experience teaching yoga to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Throughout my teaching journey, I have had the privilege of guiding students through a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga. My classes are thoughtfully curated to meet the unique needs of each student, offering modifications and adjustments to ensure accessibility and safety. In addition to group classes, I have experience leading private sessions, workshops, and retreats, allowing me to tailor my offerings to individual goals and preferences. My teaching style is characterized by warmth, compassion, and a deep respect for the wisdom of each student's body and journey.

I hold an RYT 500 certification from Yoga Alliance, having completed 500 hours of training in yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and practicum. My training has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of yoga, empowering me to guide students with confidence and authenticity. In addition to my formal training, I am committed to lifelong learning and regularly participate in workshops, seminars, and continuing education opportunities to deepen my knowledge and refine my teaching skills. I am grateful for the guidance of my teachers and mentors along this path and remain dedicated to honoring the lineage of yoga while embracing innovation and evolution in my practice and teaching.
