My Name is Vyom Patel, I am graduate from Georgian College in Computer System Technician Networking course. As a highly skilled and experienced network technician at Rogers with over 2 years of hands-on experience, I am confident that my skills and qualifications match the requirements for this position.

In my current role, I am responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network systems, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks. I also have experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices. Additionally, I have experience in managing network security and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

My technical skills include:

• Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SMTP
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, and PRTG
• Familiarity with firewall technologies and security protocols such as IPSec and SSL
