I completed diploma of pharmacy assistant from the Trios College, Kitchener. After my education, I worked as an internee at the Pharmasave Pharmacy at Seabrook drive, Kitchener as a customer care specialist, where I was able to apply my education, and learned the skills of reading, confirming, and preparing prescription. I also gained expertise in data entry, report generation, and data protection. I developed expertise in verifying medications, preparing patient documents and insurance information, and assisting pharmacists with medication inventory and distribution.

My supervisors and customers had always given great feedback about my attitude, skills, and abilities. I believe my education, skills, and experience closely align with the requirements of this position.
