I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations, with a specialization in occupational health and safety (SST) and organizational burnout prevention. This advanced training gives me a solid foundation in both the technical and human dimensions of workplace health. My studies strengthened my expertise in risk management, psychosocial factors, organizational culture, and prevention strategies, allowing me to bridge SST with psychological health in a practical, integrated way.
