• Service and Support to Konica Minolta Copier MFP hardware and Software Installation, Network Configuration and Repair.
• Onsite Support Engineer in Bank Albilad to handle Ysoft SafeQ Enterprise Server And Konica Minolta Printfleet Server to all branches Kingdom Wide.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, maintains install and performs testing activities on various computer and Copier equipment, - peripherals  and data communication and computer networks
• Assemble, installs, configures and tests the Copier equipment to client local area networks. 
• Follow up and close all the incidents/issues/request accordingly to HP ticketing tools.
• Performing periodic reviews on IT Related procedures and - Process and Proposes new system/procedures/ processes to improve efficiency work productivity
• Act as Project Coordinator to communicate with the Project Manager on a daily basis to ensure accurate performance to meet the Service Level of the Agreement.
