My name is Xander (Alexander) James Webber and I am presently based in Toronto, Ontario.  Over the course of my life, I have worked in various fields, in various positions.  In my opinion, all the skills acquired through employment are invaluable in everyday life.  My main job was in the food service industry, where I began as a server/server/sender and then worked as a bartender/supervisor.  After cementing these skills, I placed myself in the kitchen, working my way from dishwasher/preparation to Sous Chef, and temporarily, 8 months, as acting Head Chef.  Finally, I went to a corporate restaurant as Manager, then Assistant Manager.  Leaving the hospitality industry was a personal choice, at which point I became a groundskeeper/foreman at BMO Field for the Toronto FC and the Toronto Argonauts.  During the pandemic and layoffs, I quit to become a personal support worker for my mother and father because my father was in poor health.  I stayed with my mother, after his death, and began to working independently, primarily with the residents of my Condo building and families.  Minor renovations, cleaning, deliveries, PSW minor support for the elderly in my building, and much more.  I'm transitioning from Toronto to Midland, Ontario, and my intention is to return to a non-independent position.  My objectives are to find work at a factory, or a production facility where I can progress throughout my career.  I adapt effectively to any new environment, am a hard worker and thrive in learning new skills regardless of the challenge.  I am grateful for your time and consideration.
