    My name is Yasmin, I have been working as a CSR for about 9 years, out of 9 of those years, 7 was Call center based. I am a professional goal driven individual, who believe punctuality is just as important as the job title. I work well independently and in a group setting. I am assertive and confident when completing a task, in addition I am headstrong when knowing things need to be done in a meticulous way. All in all my goal as a employee is to be reliable, respectful, professional and always get the job done.

For as long as I can remember since the age of 18, I have always assist Customers, from Princess Margaret Home Lottery, Rogers, Sprint and Ontario Colleges. I was able to obtain a level of patience and competency when dealing with either irate or uninformed customers. With my extensive experienced I understand every situation is different when dealing with Customers.
